The election procedure is driven according to both the guidelines below, which the Foundation’s Board of Trustees approved on June 9th 2008, and the Agenda of Principles and Values, supported by the member bodies of the Universal Forum of Cultures Foundation in accordance with the principles and norms of the Statute of Catalonia and the Spanish Constitution, themselves governed by the principles of Peace, Justice and Development.
